At Azul Mas Carnival, we proudly serve customers worldwide. Our products are fulfilled through our trusted supplier network and may ship directly from different warehouse locations depending on product availability.
Because of this, items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment once your order has been processed.

Please allow 7–20 business days for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, holidays, and supplier handling times.

Please note that Azul Mas Carnival does not currently offer same-day or next-day delivery. If you need an item for a specific event or date, we recommend ordering in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery.
