Return, Refund, and Store Credit Policy

At Azul Mas, we aim to provide quality products inspired by carnival and island culture. Due to the nature of our business model and international fulfillment, the following policy applies to all orders.
Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be required to provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

A replacement item, or

Store credit equal to the value of the item(s) affected
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Delays within the estimated shipping timeframe

General dissatisfaction after use
Due to international shipping and fulfillment processes, we are unable to process traditional returns.
Store Credit
Approved claims will be resolved through store credit only. No cash refunds are issued.

Shipping Timeframes
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and supplier. Processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume.
